CHAIN Lillington Ltd was formed in 1999 when discussions revealed that people wanted a place where it would be easy for them to talk about problems such as money, anti-social behaviour, home repairs, etc, and contact the various agencies like Neighbourhood Watch, NHS queries, Town Council, District Council, County Council, etc. CHAIN is now supported by Warwick District Council through the Crown Routes consortium.

CHAIN has staff who are experienced problem handlers, and who are available for a private chat. Also: leaflets are avaiable on a wide variety of problem topics, including

  • Bus times and routes,
  • Young people servicies,
  • Elderly services,
  • Using computers
  • Dog laws,
  • Council matters,
  • Crime prevention,
  • Fire safety.
  • CHAIN has 8 computers on the internet that local people can use for example: when applying for jobs, contacting authorities, or searching for information.
CHAIN also offers personal services for local individuals, including shredding, printing, copying, and laminating on A4 and A3.

The CHAIN office is also the headquarters of the "Lillington Local History Society".
